Designed for entertaining, the main level is comprised of a living room space centered on a large gas fireplace and a flat screen television that is open to the adjacent kitchen and dining areas. Double glass doors open to a small outdoor deck off of the living space. Custom cabinetry and granite countertops highlight the gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and  breakfast bar with seating for four guests. An additional casual dining room table sits in the living room space with seating for another four people.

Three guest rooms plus a bonus room are spread over the multiple levels. The master suite is inviting in decor with a separate seating area, large flat screen television, and a private gas fireplace plus a private bathroom with a jetted tub and steam shower. The second guest bedroom is tastefully appointed with plush bedding and also offers a private bathroom. An additional gas fireplace sits in the third bedroom along with a private bathroom containing a jetted tub.

Located on the lower level, the family room boasts a home theater system, several seating areas, and additional sleeping accommodations. This townhome also features a private garage with one parking space, a private washer and dryer, and high speed internet.
