Across the great room, a spacious open kitchen boasts Knotty Alder cabinets, granite countertops and high-end stainless steel appliances, plus gorgeous granite back splashes and independent, built-in speakers. There are three seats at the breakfast bar, along with a neighboring dining area offering a table large enough for eight to ten guests. Located on the main floor, your party will enjoy the cozy home theater room, featuring plush leather theater recliners, a mammoth 100” screen and the latest in theater technology. Overlooking the living room, a loft on the third level provides another entertaining space to hang out and relax, with its custom-built poker table that converts to a regular table, a foosball table, and a flat screen television. After an exhilarating day on the slopes or gallery hopping on Main Street, soaking in the private hot tub provides a wonderful way to relax and refresh.

Deer Valley Drive 365B offers five comfortably appointed guest rooms, with top quality mattresses and bedding, along with the storage space and privacy desired from a vacation bedroom. Occupying the entire fourth level, the master boasts a large, a walk-in closet, private gas fireplace and a massive wall-mounted flat screen television. Luxurious and elegant, the private master bathroom offers a deep jetted tub, a walk-in shower with dual steam heads, and built-in speakers with separate control units. Bedrooms two, three and four sit on the townhome’s third level, featuring custom wood blinds, a sitting area in each, and plasma televisions. All three guest rooms share a custom finished bathroom. On the first floor, the fifth bedroom offers a cozy bed, a sitting area with an armoire, and a plasma television, along with a full lux bathroom located in the hallway. For any added guests, chairs in both the master bedroom and guest room five pull out to become twin beds.

There is room for two cars in the private garage Deer Valley Drive 365B. By the garage entry, a generous sized mud room features a ski bench and cubbies, along with wall-mounted boot/glove driers. A complimentary bus stop sits 100 yards away for access to Deer Valley and Park City Mountain Resorts. Deer Valley Drive 365B is just one mile from Deer Valley, two miles from the base area at Park City Mountain Resort, and a quarter of a mile from Main Street.
