Just off of the living room is a dining area with seating for ten and a full kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and granite countertops as well as custom cabinetry. On the lower level there is a second living room with a sitting area, television, and access to the private outdoor hot tub.

Three of the Delphi House's bedrooms are located on the main level off of the Great Room while two bedrooms are on the lower level. Furnished with a King bed, the master suite on the main level includes a television, electric fireplace, and private bathroom. The two guest bedrooms on the main level share a bathroom, one is equipped with a Queen bed while the other offers a Twin bed. Another bedroom furnished with a Queen bed is on the lower level along with a bedroom that has Two Twin beds that can be combined to form a King bed, there is also a full bathroom and a half bathroom on this level.
