Boasting three bedrooms with four bathrooms, up to 12 guests can spread out among 3,000 square feet of living space, and create wonderful vacation memories to last a lifetime.

Massive windows in the living room create a bright, sunny space to gather, while comfortable sofas and chairs face a large flat screen television. Enjoy the warmth of a dual-sided fireplace, which also heats the kitchen area. The chef in the group will love the natural wood-adorned space which offers all the culinary essentials, along with a quaint wet bar off to the side. For dining or simply hanging out, there is a breakfast nook with a table that seats six, plus a dining area boasting a large wooden table which can accommodate up to eight guests. Sliding glass doors from both of these spaces lead to the private patio, featuring a relaxing hot tub, gas grill and various seating areas.

Three comfortably furnished guest rooms offer a superb place to lay your head at the end of an exciting day. In the master bedroom, enjoy a cozy bed, large closet and private bathroom, while the second bedroom offers plush bedding and a private natural wood bathroom. The third guest room features a variety of bedding and a full bathroom, and was designed with the youngest of vacationers in mind. If additional lodging is desired, there is a sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate extra guests.

Deneen Residence sits less than two miles from the slopes, and complimentary shuttle service is available for easy transport to the mountain or River Run Village. If you choose to have a personal vehicle, this mountain retreat features a two-car garage plus room for two more outside.
