Offering seven bedrooms with six bathrooms, this tri-level penthouse comfortably accommodates up to 22 guests in a sprawling 6,000 square foot, fully equipped condominium. When staying at the Double Eagle Penthouse you will enjoy direct ski-in/ski-out access to the ski slopes with preferred vacation amenities including a private hot tub and sauna as well as a convenient ski-prep room with boot dryers and a door leading right to the ski trails.

With floor-to-ceiling windows that expose majestic scenery, the living room is open and bright, boasting several plush sofas centered on a massive rock fireplace and a large flat screen television. Highlighting the focus on a fun vacation, a pool table in the main living space allows for everyone to be a part of the party. French doors lead to a generous wrap-around deck that includes a gas grill, seating, and breathtaking mountain views. Open to the living room is a large kitchen, where you’ll find natural wood cabinetry, a sizable island, and all your cooking essentials. The neighboring dining table provides a wonderful spot for a group meal while enjoying the warmth of the cozy fireplace.

Double Eagle Penthouse also offers two additional spaces for your party to entertain and create amazing memories, both located on the lower level. With a sofa and two soft armchairs, the family room is a welcoming space for relaxing, providing a flat screen television and a second kitchen with a breakfast bar. Also on this level, a den is equipped with plush leather furnishings and an enormous stone fireplace. Ideal for relaxing and recharging at the end of a thrilling day, this level also features a steam room as well as a patio with an eight-person private hot tub.

Up to 22 guests will sleep comfortably in one of seven well-appointed guest bedrooms spread over three levels of this massive vacation rental. Situated on the main floor, the master bedroom boasts a private fireplace, deck access with spectacular views, and an indulgent private bathroom. Three comfortably furnished guest rooms are perched on the upper level, one includes a private bathroom while the other two share a full bath. Located downstairs on the lower level, guest rooms five, six and seven (small bedroom) all feature comfortable bedding with hallway bathrooms. 

Double Eagle Penthouse utilizes a common parking garage with elevator access to your vacation rental. On the top level of the condo, a ski prep room with hooks, storage space, and boot dryers provides the perfect place to store and organize everyone’s ski and snowboard gear before heading out of the private access door straight to the Success ski run at Deer Valley Resort. The Double Eagle Access Trail leads you back to the building at the end of the day, or if you want to return home for some hot chocolate or lunch. Park City Mountain Resort is four and a half miles away, with Main Street’s dining, shopping and nightlife just three and a half miles from the property. A complimentary bus stop for easy transport is just a short walk from this superb alpine getaway.
