All Douglas Fir Resort accommodations contain a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and a fireplace. Each rental boasts a flat screen television and DVD player along with a Plug and Play easy connect panel in the living room, allowing guests to utilize their home electronic gaming systems. Families love the indoor pool with two giant waterslides, a kiddie pool, games room and multi-level indoor play zone. Adults can choose to relax in the 24-person hot tub or sauna, all included in your stay at the resort. Guests of the Douglas Fir Resort also enjoy complimentary and unlimited use of the Town of Banff shuttle system.

Room Descriptions:

Condos – Ranging from studios to one bedroom units, these lodge condos can accommodate anywhere from two to six people depending on specific layout and all have full kitchen and all the necessities. Studios sleep four, are 420 square feet and include complimentary heated parking and elevator access. One bedroom condos also sleep up to four guests, are 500 square feet and come with a dedicated parking space. The two-level lofts in the lodge are 660 square feet and can accommodate six guests. One bedroom loft condos also sleep up to six and are 725 square feet containing a separate bedroom downstairs with a loft space upstairs.

A-Frame Chalets- Offering two or three bedrooms, the chalets are private and secluded yet have everything needed for your family or group. These rustic cabins have a private balcony, full kitchen and all the comforts of home. Two bedroom versions can accommodate up to four people while the three bedroom sleeps up to six guests.

Specialty Suites –

 Mount Rundle Suite: One of the largest at the Douglas Fir Resort, this three bedroom, two level suite has 1,200 square feet of living space and can accommodate up to eight guests. With breathtaking mountain views off its private balcony and a large hot tub, this suite is perfect for a family or group looking for a well appointed suite with all the resorts amenities.

Executive Suite: Perfect for gathering and relaxing, this spacious 895 square foot suite can accommodate up to six guests. Its upgraded kitchen has granite countertops and guests love to gather around the oversized dining room table. A private hot tub is located in the master bedroom.

Jacuzzi Suite: This unique suite can sleep up to four guests and boasts stunning and panoramic views. An oversized Jacuzzi is located right in the master bedroom and the rest of the unit is stocked with all the amenities needed for a stellar family vacation.

Cascade Suite: Spacious and comfortable, this suite can accommodate up to six guests. Featuring an electric fireplace with separate heat controls, you will love to relax in this suite after a long day of sightseeing or adventure. Enjoy lovely mountain views from its two private balconies.

Three Bedroom Family Suite: These two level, 1,350 square feet suites are perfect for large families, multiple families or groups. With the ability to sleep up to 10 people, they are all tastefully decorated and well appointed with three bedrooms and four total bathrooms. Containing electric fireplaces, ample seating and all the bells and whistles, guests will love the stunning views from the double balconies.  Also included are two heated underground parking spaces and a large ski locker with a padlock.
