In the main living area, airy vaulted ceilings and walls of windows create a feeling of spaciousness. A dove gray sectional sofa faces the slick, black fireplace and HDTV- mounted high overhead. On the opposite side of the main room is a formal dining space with seating for eight, making this entire room a fantastic space for easy socializing and conversation.

A peninsula bar with seating for four leads into the wide-open kitchen boasting a white paneled refrigerator that sits in the center and contrasts nicely with the dark island and countertops. Silvery subway tiles and frosted glass cabinets continue the modern aesthetic while nearby, a glass spiral staircase leads up to the garden.
