Located off of the living room is a dining area with seating for 8 guests and an adjacent breakfast bar seating 4 guests. High-end stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and custom cabinetry adorn the gourmet kitchen which overlooks the living room and dining area. 

Step out through French doors in the living room onto the deck, boasting captivating views of Mt. Crested Butte, to grill up dinner or head down the stairs to the spacious back yard. Those needing to fit in some work while on vacation will appreciate the well-equipped, private office with a built-in desk and cabinetry. Also on the main level is a full bathroom with a shower and custom vanity with vessel sink. Two gear areas, a laundry room and 2-car garage add to the conveniences.

Appointed with a King bed, the first level primary bedroom enjoys a private bathroom with a dual-sink vanity, soaking tub and steam shower. Two guest bedrooms on this level share a Jack and Jill bathroom, both are furnished with Queen beds. Occupying the upper level is a sloped-ceiling bedroom, ideally appointed for the kids in the group, with 3 built-in Twin beds, bean bags and a television.
