Comfortably appointed and equipped with all of the amenities of home, this 5 bedroom private residence with 4 bathrooms offers 3,817 square feet of living space spread over three levels with multiple living areas and preferred vacation amenities.

Featuring an open layout, the main level is an inviting space for the entire group to gather after a day of mountain adventures. Framed by large windows that bring the majestic mountain views right into the living space, the living room includes comfortable furnishings arranged in front of a gas fireplace and flatscreen television. Raised a few steps above the living room, the spacious kitchen includes stainless steel appliances with dual ovens and a 5 burner gas stove, dual dishwashers, granite countertops, and a large breakfast bar with seating for 4 guests. An adjacent dining area boasts a huge table with seating for 12 guests and access to the deck with outdoor furnishings and a barbecue grill. An open loft space on the upper level includes a sitting area and flatscreen television.

Two bedrooms are located on the upper level, including the master suite offering a King bed, private deck, and an attached bathroom with a dual sink vanity, jetted tub, and walk-in shower. The second bedroom on this level has two Twin Daybeds with Twin trundles underneath (4 Twin beds) and utilizes the bathroom attached to the master. Sharing a bathroom with the living space, the main level bedroom is outfitted with a Queen bed. Two guest bedrooms are on the lower level, one furnished with a Queen bed plus a Twin Daybed and Twin trundle and a private bathroom, the other is a bunk room with two sets of Captain's Bunks that have a Twin on top and Full on the bottom plus two Twin trundles that pull out from under the bunks and accesses a bathroom in the hall.

Additional amenities at Duck House include a sauna and private hot tub on the deck. The ski prep area offers a bench and cubbies to store your mountain gear.
