Boasting awe-inspiring alpine views, this 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom private rental home comfortably accommodate sup to 16 guests and features all the luxuries of home with a rustic mountain atmosphere. Featuring a generous 3,589 square feet of living space, your large family or group of friends can sprawl out and enjoy memories to last a lifetime.

Located on the main level, the living room is set under vaulted ceilings and oversized windows that create an open and warm environment. Comfortable sofas are centered on a cozy gas fireplace and a flatscreen television in this inviting living space. Double glass doors provide access to a deck boasting sweeping views of the Ten Mile Range and outdoor seating. In the adjacent kitchen, everything you need to create home-cooked meals and snacks is at your fingertips in an open style which is perfect for entertaining. Guests can dine at the breakfast bar offering 4 log stools or in the dining area set under gorgeous wood beams. A large classic table that can accommodate up to 10 people sits next to the kitchen.

Also on the main level, a quaint den is outfitted with cozy seating and a large flat screen television. For even more room to gather and enjoy each other’s company, Dunkin Hill Lodge offers a lower level family room complete with a gas fireplace, flatscreen television, and a plush leather sofa. Guests have the convenience of a minibar with a sink, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker to allow for more time to enjoy the pool/ping pong table and small gaming table also located in the family room.

Four spacious and comfortably furnished bedrooms are spread throughout this roomy alpine retreat. On the main floor, the primary bedroom is furnished with a King bed and features access to the outdoor deck along with a private bathroom boasting a luxurious jetted tub, walk-in shower, and dual sinks. Two guest bedrooms on the lower level are equipped with Queen beds include private bathrooms. The fourth bedroom offers a King bed and shares a bathroom with the family room.

Gaze upon the abundant Rocky Mountain stars from the private hot tub located in the back of the residence. For transport to the slopes or anywhere in the Summit County area, the complimentary shuttle stop is located a block away and for personal vehicles, the property features a two-car garage along with three outdoor parking spaces. The Juniata Trail sits right outside the back door and offers access to cross country skiing in the winter and hiking and biking in the summer months.
