Located just a block up from the heart of Main Street and a short stroll to the Quit'N Time ski run that leads to the Town Lift and the ski slopes of the Park City Mountain Resort, you will enjoy luxury vacationing in a prime setting.

Occupying the main level of this three story residence is an open Great Room anchored by a comfortably furnished living area and framed by walls of windows. Designed for entertaining, this space is centered on a fireplace and flat screen television. Eclectic art adorns the walls of the Great Room which is open to the adjacent gourmet kitchen and dining area. Just off of the kitchen is a deck that holds a barbecue grill.

Three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are spread over the multiple levels of this gracious, 2,240 square foot home providing ample space and privacy for groups of up to 8 guests. You enter the residence on the upper level which holds a spacious master bedroom with a King bed and an elegantly appointed bathroom with a stall shower. Two guest bedrooms are located on the lower level, each includes a private bathroom. Ideal for the kids or singles in the group, one of the lower level bedrooms is furnished with a Twin bunk bed plus a Twin Trundle bed. The third bedroom offers a King bed. Access to the private hot tub located in the back of the home is also on this level.
