Set under soaring ceilings with a wall of windows that exposes the most breathtaking views of the Sun Valley ski slopes, the Great Room in this 4 bedroom, 4 and 2 half bathroom duplex vacation home is an open space anchored by a comfortably furnished living room with a fireplace and access to the large deck equipped with a barbecue grill and private hot tub. Seating for eight guests is offered at the dining table with an additional 3 chairs at the adjacent breakfast bar. Boasting high-end appliances and polished stone countertops, the contemporary kitchen overlooks the dining area and living room.Head down to the lower level den to find another cozy sitting area arranged in front of a wall-mounted television and including a desk work area. Accessing the multiple levels of the residence is made convenient with the private elevator and getting around town is a breeze with the free shuttle service just outside and private garage parking.
Four bedrooms are spread over the three floors, providing an added level of privacy and bedding for up to 8 guests. Two bedrooms enjoying private bathrooms are perched on the upper level, one is furnished with a King bed while the other offers two Twin beds that can be joined to form a King. Set off of the living area, the main level primary bedroom is appointed with a King bed and private bathroom. The final bedroom is located on the lower level off of the den and offers a King bed with a private bathroom.
