Stay in the heart of Taos' historic district at the El Pueblo Lodge, a charming campus-style hotel property comprised of several buildings spread over three acres. Within a short walk of the Taos Plaza offering a variety of shopping, dining, and nightlife, this adobe-style hotel is just twenty miles from the Taos Ski Valley ski slopes. Room Descriptions: 

SOUTH BUILDING:  In the tradition of the “classic motor lodge”, this 1940′s era building features 16 rooms with parking available directly in front of your door. Updated bathroom facilities and heating/air-conditioning, new carpet, fresh paint, and improved lighting were implemented in 2012. Care was taken to maintain the integrity of the original interior elements including the thick walls, beautiful ceiling vigas, and natural “Taos” New Mexico colors. Single queen, double queen and two room suites are available.

NORTH & WEST BUILDINGS: These two story buildings outline a large quadrant of lawn, creating a sense of spaciousness which is enhanced by the large size of the rooms. The North Building dates from the 1960s and offers spectacular mountain views from the top level decks, while the lower level rooms allow walk out access to the rear lawn. The West building is the newest, dating from the 1980′s and features the same views and lawn access as the North. Several rooms in each building also have fireplaces. Double queen and king rooms are available.

CASITA:  This building is centrally located on the property which comprised the original Lodge (along with the office) dating from the 1920′s. It houses three quaint guest rooms each with a “kiva”style fireplace and a king bed. 

OFFICE BUILDING: Part of the original Lodge incorporated two guest rooms into the office building itself, which are still in use today. Both rooms are two room suites with fireplaces and king sized beds. Updates to the Casita and Office buildings over the years have not compromised the original feel and charm of these historic rooms.

CONDO: Provides a spacious three bedroom option for larger groups and families. This building sits closest to the main street with a private fenced in area. It features full cooking facilities and a fireplace, with each bedroom having its own bath.
