Venture down to the lower level family room to find a vintage multi-game arcade machine and foosball table plus a sitting area with a television. Located above the garage and accessed through a doorway off of the gear room, the private apartment includes a sitting area with a Double Futon, convenience wet bar/kitchenette, ladder-accessed loft, private bathroom, and a Queen bed .

Occupying the upper level is a small loft space with a desk that overlooks the main living room and sits outside of the massive primary suite appointed with a King bed, gas fireplace, and expansive private bathroom boasting a dual-sink vanity, massive walk-in 2-person shower and soaking tub. Two lower level bedrooms share a bathroom with the family room, one is equipped with a Twin bed plus a Queen bed, while the other has a bunk with a Twin on top and Queen on the bottom.
