Spread over three levels, this 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom vacation rental provides an abundance of elegantly appointed space where everyone can gather and entertain as well as enjoy some quiet time away from the group.

Exuding mountain sophistication with a blend of stone and timber creating a warm atmosphere, the main level living area offers the most inviting space to entertain. The central feature is the gas fireplace set in natural rock allowing you to relax and enjoy the game on the big screen with surround sound or pull out a board game and settle some family rivalries. A central sound system allows you to set the mood throughout the home.

Fully equipped with all of the essentials to prepare tasty meals, the gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and high-end appliances. An adjacent breakfast bar also offers three additional seats. Just off of the living room and kitchen, the dining area is outfitted with a large table to seat up to eight guests. It’s the perfect setting for a delicious dinner at the end of a day on the mountain.

Set off of the kitchen, the cozy media room offers a large 65" flat screen TV and sound bar to take movie night to another level or enjoy games on the Xbox. Also included is a game area with foosball. Step out on the deck to take in the view and enjoy the sunset with your favorite cocktail. The gas BBQ makes it easy to grill out while the private outdoor hot tub on the patio provides the ultimate retreat to relax and unwind.

Three bedrooms are located on the upper level of the residence, including the primary bedroom equipped with a King bed and attached bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower. Sharing a full bathroom, each guest bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed. 

If you bring a car you have access to the heated 2-car garage that also includes boot warmers and lockers for skis, snowboards and gear. The laundry with washer and dryer makes it easy to keep luggage to a minimum.
