Meticulously appointed and spacious, this 4 bedroom vacation home with 3.5 bathrooms provides an abundance of space for up to 11 guests to relax and enjoy Breckenridge in style.

After a day of outdoor adventures, everyone in the group can gather in the open great room to relax and entertain. Set under vaulted ceilings, the living room features a large, leather sofa centered on a stone fireplace and flatscreen television and surrounded by windows that bring the ski slope views right into the living space. Open to the living room, the gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large breakfast bar that seats five guest. An adjacent dining area accommodates six and sits next to the access to the deck where you will find outdoor furnishings, a barbecue grill, and views that are simply breathtaking.

Two additional living spaces, one on the upper level and one on the lower level, provide areas for recreating and relaxing. Overlooking the living room, the upper level den offers a cozy sitting area with a Queen sleeper sofa and television. Head down to the lower level family room to watch a movie or catch a game on the large screen television, set in front of a massive sofa and adjacent to another fireplace.  The convenient wet bar offers a mini-fridge and microwave. Step outside to find the private hot tub where you will enjoy the spectacular Breckenridge sunsets while soothing those aching muscles.

Four bedrooms are distributed over the three levels of the home, providing quality bedding for up to 11 guests. Located off of the main level living area, the master suite is furnished with a King bed, includes a gas fireplace and access to the deck, and features a private bathroom with a soaking tub, dual vanities, and shower with dual heads. Off of the den on the upper level, two guest bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom, each are equipped with Queen beds. The bunk room is on the lower level and includes a Full over Full bunk bed plus a Queen bed to sleep 3 guests. This bedroom shares a full bathroom with the family room.
