Open and spacious, the main level of Empire Villa features vaulted ceilings with large windows that afford spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. Designer furnishings are set in front of a massive fireplace in the cozy living room which is open to a dining area and gourmet kitchen.

Appointed with high-end stainless steel alliances and polished stone countertops, the open kitchen includes a breakfast bar with seating for 3 guests. Seating for 8 is provided in the adjacent dining area which offers access to a cozy deck. Just off of the kitchen is a patio area boasting a private hot tub, barbecue grill, and fire pit feature. On the lower level is a family room with a wet bar, sitting area and flat screen television.

Occupying the upper level of the home is a primary suite furnished with a King bed in front of a fireplace and flat screen television plus a private bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower and washer/dryer. Outfitted with a King bed, one of the guest bedrooms also includes a fireplace, flat screen television, private deck, and private bathroom equipped with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. The remaining bedrooms are furnished with Queen beds and include private bathrooms.

For ski-in/ski-out access in the winter, exit the home and turn left onto Empire Avenue and walk downhill. (Careful, it’s steep!) Then follow it to the base of Park City Mountain Resort. To get home from the base of the resort, start at the end of the upper parking lot and turn right onto Empire Avenue hill. Walk steeply uphill and Empire Villa is on the right!
