Full Description

Designed for entertaining, the main level of Ensign View Point Residence is an expansive great room with vaulted ceilings and walls of windows exposing breathtaking views of the mountains and Lake Dillon below. Comfortable furnishings are centered on a wood-burning fireplace and flat screen television while being framed by windows and a sliding door that accesses the deck. Featuring a serving window with a breakfast bar that seats three, the huge kitchen boasts granite countertops and a cooktop island with seating for three. The serving window opens to the dining area with seating for six that is open to the living room and includes a window seat with incredible mountain views. Rounding off the upper level is a bathroom with a stall shower.

Three bedrooms are located on the lower level which offers access to the back patio with a private hot tub and expansive views of the Ten Mile Mountain Range. Furnished with a Queen bed, the lower level master bedroom has a sliding door leading out to the back patio and includes a private bathroom with jetted tub. Another bedroom with a Queen bed also includes a sliding door that accesses the back patio and is adjacent to the hot tub. The third bedroom is equipped with two Twin Bunk beds and a Sleeper sofa while a second sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional bedding arrangements. There is a shared bathroom on the lower level that also hosts the washer and dryer.

Guests will love the peaceful setting of this home, while only being one and a half miles from the conveniences of town, including City Market, breweries, shops, and local eateries. During the summer months, spend a day at the Dillon Marina, walking or biking the paved rec path, or rent a boat or kayak for a day on the water. Finish your day of summer fun with a weekend concert or movie on the water. Come winter, you'll have endless options of entertainment, such as nordic skiing, snow tubing, sleigh rides, and of course five world-class ski resorts within 30 minutes. A Summit Stage shuttle stop is located at the entrance to the neighborhood which provides free transportation throughout Summit County.
