Furnished with a Queen bed, the lower level master bedroom has a sliding door leading out to the back patio and includes a private bathroom with jetted tub. Another bedroom with a Queen bed also includes a sliding door that accesses the back patio and is adjacent to the hot tub. The third bedroom is equipped with two Twin Bunk beds and a Sleeper sofa while a second sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional bedding arrangements. There is a shared bathroom on the lower level that also hosts the washer and dryer.

Guests will love the peaceful setting of this home, while only being one and a half miles from the conveniences of town, including City Market, breweries, shops, and local eateries. During the summer months, spend a day at the Dillon Marina, walking or biking the paved rec path, or rent a boat or kayak for a day on the water. Finish your day of summer fun with a weekend concert or movie on the water. Come winter, you'll have endless options of entertainment, such as nordic skiing, snow tubing, sleigh rides, and of course five world-class ski resorts within 30 minutes. A Summit Stage shuttle stop is located at the entrance to the neighborhood which provides free transportation throughout Summit County.
