Spread over 3 levels with an elevator making getting around seamless for everyone, the 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms are distributed over the expansive layout of the residence providing an abundance of space for up to 16 guests.

Step inside to encounter quality craftsmanship and impeccable finishes throughout. The main level boasts a wide-open floor plan designed for entertaining that includes  a gourmet kitchen, dining recess, great room, and dining room in an inviting space where everyone can gather. Vaulted ceilings are accented with hand-hewn, reclaimed timbers in the comfortably furnished living room which is framed by floor to ceiling windows exposing sweeping views of the Breckenridge Ski Resort and Badly Mountain. The stone fireplace is the centerpiece of the living room and provides a warm and welcoming ambiance.

Overlooking the living room, the well-appointed gourmet kitchen features professional-grade appliances, generous workspaces, and ample storage in the walk-in butler pantry. Five kitchen counter stools provide additional seating at the large island while the adjacent espresso and cocktail bar, with the Simmental Dining Recess seating 8, is certain to be a popular spot. Follow the custom staircase with handrails of reclaimed chairlift cable to the upper level where you’ll find the “The Hang” loft, overlooking the entry floor below, as well as three of the bedrooms. The loft is a stylish and quiet escape to relax with a good book or sneak in an afternoon nap. 

The sun-soaked, south facing Grill & Chill Deck is perfectly positioned off of the Simmental Dining Recess and is equipped with a natural gas grill featuring a searing station, rotisserie and side burner along with a large 6-person dining table. Just off the kitchen and living room is the formal dining room with a large table seating 12. Also on the main level, the ski prep room offers plenty of storage for everyone’s warm and cold-weather wear. A washer and dryer and custom made lockers help to keep everyone’s clothing clean and organized throughout your stay! Enjoy direct access to the 3-car garage or the outdoors from the ski prep room. 

Head to the lower level to find entertainment for kids of all ages. A wet bar with microwave, dishwasher, bar fridge, ice maker, and sink means you won’t have to go back upstairs for snacks and beverages. Shoot billiards or play console video games in the family room before cozying up in front of the 100” screen to enjoy the state-of-the-art home theatre system. Step outside to access the private outdoor fire pit, hot tub, and outdoor living room with gas fireplace. Outdoors, enjoy the beautiful views of the ski slopes and mountains.

The Highland Master Suite, one of five luxurious bedroom suites, sits on the Main Level. The Highland Master Suite features a wall of reclaimed whiskey barrels around a gas fireplace, mountain views, a King bed with luxury linens and a dedicated workspace. Enjoy a relaxing soak in the copper soaking tub in the ensuite bath. A dual vanity and large walk-in steam shower complete the opulent bathroom. The large walk-in closet features a convenient washer and dryer. Three of the guest bedrooms also offer King beds, one is equipped with two Twin beds that can be combined into a King, and the bunk room has a Queen-over-Queen bunk plus a Twin XL-over-Twin XL bunk.
