Vaulted ceilings and designer furnishings adorn the open living room with a focus on a two-story stone fireplace and large-screen television. Wood encased glass doors lead to the outdoor deck where guests will find a gas grill and an oversized private hot tub. Chefs in the party will love the gourmet kitchen boasting custom cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a pass-through arched window to the living room. A small breakfast bar provides seating for three, an adjacent dining area offers seating for ten, while the formal dining area is equipped with a dining table that also seats ten.

Two bedrooms are located on the main level of Estate at Baldy Ridge. Both of these spacious, luxuriously decorated guest rooms feature a private fireplace, flat screen television, wine fridge, wet bar, and a private bathroom with a jetted tub in one and large copper soaking tub in the other plus a separate shower in both. Upstairs on the top level, three bedrooms all include private bathrooms with a bathtub//shower combination and flat screen televisions. One of the upper level bedrooms also offers a nook beyond the bathroom with additional bedding. Ideal for the kids or singles in the group, an upper level sleeping area is equipped with bunk beds and several sleeper sofas, a private bathroom, a gaming system, wet bar, and a fireplace. The eighth bedroom sits on the lower level and contains a flat screen television and access a a Jack and Jill bathroom that is shared with  lower level family room.
