This contemporary tri-level mountain home includes 6 bedrooms plus a loft with 5.5 bathrooms spread over 3,882 square feet of living space. With multiple living areas and preferred vacation amenities, Fairview Lodge is perfectly equipped to comfortably accommodate groups of up to 14 guests.

Set under vaulted ceilings, the main level focal point is a large living room with massive windows showcasing mountain views and plenty of natural light. Hardwood flooring and wood accents frame the living space with comfortable furnishings and a river-rock fireplace creating an inviting space to relax and entertain. Overlooking the living room is a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, upscale appliances, and a breakfast bar with seating for four. An adjacent dining area framed by windows seats eight guests and has access to the patio with a gas grill and outdoor seating.

Two beautifully decorated bedrooms are located on the main floor, each furnished with King beds and including private bathrooms, one with a tub and stall shower and the other with a stall shower only. The upper level includes a loft area with a Queen sleeper sofa and desk as well as a third bedroom outfitted with a Queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. Fairview Lodge’s lower level features three guest bedrooms, one of which has a private bathroom and King bed while the other two, one with a King bed and the other with two sets of Twin over Twin bunk beds, share a jack and jill setup which can also be accessed from the hall.

An additional living area is located on the lower level with a comfortably furnished sitting area focused on a large-screen television as well as a wet bar with a mini-fridge, microwave, and sink. A large glass door provides access to the private hot tub set among the trees offering the perfect place to unwind after a fun-filled day in Breckenridge.
