Offering four bedrooms with three bathrooms, this well-appointed mountain getaway can comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests with two dogs. On the main level, a large and inviting living room boasts soft leather sofas, a cozy fireplace and a large flat screen television. A glass door leads to a charming outdoor deck, offering seating, a gas grill and wonderful views of the neighboring alpine scenery. Back inside, the fully equipped kitchen offers stainless appliances, a quaint breakfast bar for two and anything you’d need to create home-cooked meals. The adjacent dining area features a large table, along with an oversized desk with two chairs. On the lower level, the cozy family room is the perfect place to hang out after a day of vacation fun, boasting a leather sectional sofa, a massive flat screen television and a card table. Sliding glass doors lead to a lower patio, which houses the relaxing private hot tub, offering views of the slopes at Granby Ranch.

Fairway Lodge boasts four guest rooms plus added bedding in the family room, all furnished to provide a good night’s rest for up to 16 guests. The spacious master sits on the main level, featuring a sitting area, a large walk-in closet and a private bathroom with a soaking tub. Bedroom two is also on the same level and shares a lux bathroom with the living room space. Downstairs, guest rooms three and four feature sunny atmospheres with cozy beds and a shared full bathroom. There is also extra lodging in the family room if needed.

Guests are less than a mile from the slopes at Granby Ranch and about 20 minutes from Winter Park Resort.
