Copper Mountain’s Fairway Neighborhood is comprised of the Woods Townhomes and the Elk Run Townhomes located in the East Village. Offering multi-level layouts accommodations with two, three, or four bedroom options, these vacation rentals provide a bit more space than the typical condominiums at Copper Mountain. Elk Run Townhomes are located along the base of the mountain within a short walk of the Super Bee chairlift while the Woods Townhomes are a five minute walk from the base of the mountain and on the free shuttle route to the Center Village.

All of the accommodations in the Fairway Neighborhood feature a comfortably furnished living room with a fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a private balcony. Rentals are individually owned and decorated, many have been updated with high-end appliances and quality furnishings and all are clean and well maintained.

Star Rating Characteristics:

5 Star Rating: Top to bottom, these properties are either new or have undergone complete refurbishment, upgrades and/or renovation. Furnishings are newer or in excellent condition and of contemporary design/style. Contemporary decorating trends are represented and fully coordinated throughout. All areas and amenities in all rooms and areas of the unit are high in quality. Flat-panel televisions in the living room and in all bedrooms with DVD players. Quality stereo system with remote and/or docking station Superior quality mattresses. Luxurious bedcovering with coordinated pillow shams and bed skirts where appropriate. Remodeled and upgraded bathrooms with upgraded countertops, tile floors. Remodeled and upgraded kitchen, top quality cabinets, countertops, tile floor, finishes, and brand new appliances.

4 Star Rating: These units may require minor improvements or upgrades, but overall are in excellent condition. Furnishings are relatively new, clean and in good condition, showing minimal wear but well maintained and clean Well coordinated contemporary decor throughout the condo. Flat-panel television in the Living Room accompanied by a DVD player. All bedrooms have a television and DVD player a stereo or docking station. Appliances are newer and include fridge with internal ice maker. Good quality mattresses. Good quality bed coverings with coordinated pillow shams and bed skirts where appropriate Kitchen has updated countertops and/or cabinets with appliances that have been updated. Bathroom has updated decor and is well-maintained. Carpeting and paint are well maintained but could use updating within the next couple of years.

3 Star Rating: Most of the items in the condo are original and could use upgrades within the season or next year. Slightly below average, clean and well maintained but showing multiple signs of wear. These units are maintained and most everything is up to date and showing wear. The appliances are in good working order with wear. There is a television in the living room and may or may not be televisions in the bedrooms. Mattresses are comfortable with well coordinated bedding. Kitchens and baths are functional but could be improved for better function and coordination. Carpeting and paint are well maintained but need updating 

All guests enjoy access to the Copper Mountain Athletic Cub that is centered in the resort. Here you will find an Olympic Swimming Pool, Hot Tubs, a fully-equipped Fitness Center, as well as a Spa and Indoor Tennis, Racquetball, and Volleyball Courts which are available by appointment. Copper Mountain's award-winning Ski School will get beginners on the slopes in no time and parents will love "Kids Night Out" which is free evening child care with games, activities, and a pizza party!
