Comfortable furnishings are centered on a gas fireplace and flatscreen television in the living room that sits open to the dining area with seating for 6 guests. Fully equipped with all of the essentials to prepare tasty meals, the kitchen includes a breakfast bar with seating for 4 and overlooks the living room and dining area. Access to the back patio which hosts the barbecue grill is through a glass door between the living and dining areas.

Five bedrooms are spread over the multiple levels of the home, providing bedding for up to 10 guests. Located on the main level, the primary bedroom is equipped with a King bed, direct access to the patio, and a private bathroom with a jetted tub and steam shower. Also on this level, one of the guest bedrooms offers a Full Day bed and includes an attached bathroom that is shared with the living space. The entry level features a ski prep area and includes a bedroom outfitted with a Queen bed and private bathroom. Two bedrooms on the uppermost level each include private bathrooms, one is furnished with a King bed while the other has a Double plus two Twin beds.

Guests staying the Enclave neighborhood enjoy access to the summertime swimming pool, year-round hot tub, and dial-a-ride shuttle service to the Beaver Creek Village and the ski slopes.
