Soaring two-story vaulted ceilings create a feeling of infinite space in this open entertainment area with a dining table seating 8 guests and breakfast bar accommodating 4 guests sitting off of the living room. Glass doors in the living room open to the front deck boasting outdoor furnishings around a gas fire pit, built-in barbecue area and private hot tub. Overlooking the living room and dining area, the gourmet kitchen offers a 6-burner gas range with griddle, double ovens and large island.

Above the living room is a loft lounge appointed with a large sofa in front of a wall-mounted television with a Nintendo Wii system. Located on the lower level, the family room includes two contemporary sofas focused on a wall-mounted television, high-top game table and Foosball table. Two Twin beds tucked into a sleeping den off of the family room provide additional sleeping accommodations. 

Furnished with a King bed, the upper level primary bedroom includes a private bathroom with a dual-sink vanity, soaking tub and walk-in shower. One guest bedroom is appointed with a King bed and enjoys a private bathroom with a dual-sink vanity and walk-in shower. Two guest bedrooms have attached bathrooms, one offers a Queen bed while the other is ideal for the kids with its two sets of Twin over Twin bunk beds plus two Twin Trundle beds that pull out from underneath. 

Walk across the street to a public park, or grab your gear and hop on the free shuttle for a quick ride to the BreckConnect Gondola to get you up to Peaks 7 and 8!  Only a mile drive down a back-street to Main Street Breckenridge or a quick shuttle ride to town makes a night on the town attractive and convenient.
