Mountain meets modern in this meticulously appointed 5 bedroom vacation home with 3.5 bathroom located within a three minute walk to the Wildhorse Gondola and the wonderful vacation amenities at the Trailhead Lodge. Flat Tops 1390 Residence features 3000 square feet of inviting living space spread over three levels with two living areas. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Flat Tops mountain range from the gourmet kitchen or gaze at the stars while soaking in the hot tub on the rooftop deck.

Enter your mountain retreat through a bright and welcoming foyer then walk up the beautiful staircase to the heart of the residence. Take in the sweeping views of the valley and the Flat Tops mountain range. Entertain friends and family in the fully equipped, open concept chef’s kitchen featuring Thermador appliances. Enjoy meals at the dining table for 6 and stools for 4 at the kitchen island. In the summer, experience true indoor/outdoor living as the kitchen opens to the main level deck which boasts a fireplace, gas grill, and comfortable seating. In the winter, get cozy by the warming gas fireplace while watching the snow fall through the large windows. Also on this main level you will find a half bathroom and the master suite with a King bed, TV, barn wood wall and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

On the foyer level, find two well-appointed Queen bedrooms that share a full bathroom featuring a deep soaking tub and shower. Also located on this level is a spacious mudroom, a laundry room with front loading washer and dryer, and access to the one-car garage with plenty of room for your ski gear.

This location cannot be beat as you are minutes to the mountain base, shops and restaurants, and about 2 miles to wonderful downtown Steamboat. Enjoy the amenities of nearby Trailhead Lodge including a gym, game room, locker rooms and showers, three beautiful grotto hot tubs, and a large heated pool. In the winter, skiing is a breeze when you take the gondola from Trailhead Lodge to the mountain base. On call shuttle service is also available during ski season.
