Continue to the dining area with seating for 6 and the fully equipped kitchen boasting stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a breakfast bar with seating for 3 guests, and a window wall that opens to a large deck with outdoor seating, gas fireplace, and barbecue grill.

Step up to the rooftop to relax in the private hot tub while enjoying the breathtaking Rocky Mountain sunsets or escape to the lower level family room for a game of cards or to catch a movie on the flatscreen in the cozy sitting area. Located on the main level off of the living area, the primary suite is furnished with a King bed, enjoys access to the deck, and has a private bathroom with a dual sink vanity and walk-in shower. Sharing a bathroom with the family room on the lowest level, which has a King Sleeper Sofa, are a bedroom with a Queen bed and a bedroom with two Twin XL beds.
