Forest Road Residence features 4 bedrooms with a bonus bedroom and 5 bathrooms designed to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. From this serene location you can walk down to the Vail Village lifts, walk up to the ski trails leading down to Vail Village, or across the hill to the trail leading down to the Eagle Bahn Gondola in Lionshead.

Featuring a spacious living room with vaulted ceilings and large windows creating a bright atmosphere, the main level offers an open layout that is designed for the entire group to entertain. Comfortable furnishings are centered on a massive stone fireplace and flat screen television in the living room which includes a wet bar and sits adjacent to a dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Eight can be accommodated around the dining table while the kitchen breakfast bar provides seating for an additional five guests. Head down to the lower level to relax in the family room boasting a large flat screen television, entertainment system, and comfortably furnished sitting area.

Four bedrooms plus the bonus bedroom are spread over the two levels of the home. Furnished with a King bed and including a private bathroom, the primary bedroom sits on the main level. Also on this level is a bedroom outfitted with a split King, that can be divided into two Twin beds, that accesses the hall bathroom. Two guest bedrooms, each offering private bathrooms, are located on the lower level, one is equipped with a King bed while the other has two Queen beds. The bonus bedroom is furnished with two Twin beds and has a private bathroom, this is a small room that is best suited for children.

Step out onto the large deck to enjoy a dip in the private hot tub after a day on the slopes or, during the summer months, enjoy the outdoor heated swimming pool and kid's play area.

ACCESSING THE SLOPES & VAIL VILLAGE: 

Vail Village is located ¼ of a mile walking distance from the home (8 minutes). The walk to town is downhill, and the walk is uphill on the way back to the home.  Once you reach Vail Village you will have to walk about another ¼ mile to Gondola (another 5 minutes or so). 

Guests can also walk slightly uphill from the home (0.3 miles or an 8 minute walk) and connect with the Bear Tree Ski Run off of Rockledge Road, or walk 0.3 miles flat (to the West, about 7 minutes) to the Born Free Run that leads to Lionshead Village.  If you choose to go to Lionshead or the Bear Tree Run you would be walking in, and carrying equipment.
