Full Description

Bright and open, the main level Great Room, located on the second level of this 4 bedroom duplex vacation home with 5 full and 2 half bathrooms, is centered on a cozy living room offering designer furnishings arranged in front of a gas fireplace and television. Seating up to 12, the adjacent dining area blends into the living room and sits just below the kitchen. Framing the entire space, glass walls expose those breathtaking mountain views and provide access to the deck equipped with a barbecue grill and overlooking the ski slopes.

Raised above the living room and dining area, the gourmet kitchen has been designed to please even the most particular of chefs in your group. High-end appliances include a double oven and six-burner gas stove-top with grill, polished stone countertops provide an abundance of prep space, and a five-person breakfast island adds to the dining space.

Two additional living spaces include a den appointed with a sofa, television and game table on the third level and a spacious family room on the first level that includes a comfortably furnished sitting area with a gas fireplace and television plus a wine fridge. Glass doors in the family room lead out to the lower level patio boasting the private hot tub.

Four bedrooms are distributed over two of the four levels in this 4,969 square foot home, with an elevator making accessing each floor convenient. Furnished with a King bed, the top level primary suite enjoys a private balcony and private bathroom featuring a dual-sink vanity, soaking tub and walk-in shower. Three guest bedrooms equipped with private bathrooms are located on the main level off of the Great Room, two are appointed with King beds while the third offers two Queen beds.

Accessing Vail Village and the ski slopes is accomplished by hopping on the nearest shuttle which is 1.5 miles from the home or driving to either one of the village parking structures about a 6-8 minute drive away. Additionally, you will enjoy complimentary use of the private shuttle service from mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis.
