A gourmet cook’s kitchen features a large butcher block island, Monogram professional gas range, and a large Subzero fridge; all framed by granite countertops with a breakfast bar seating four. Enjoy family meals around the large dining table with seating for 10.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a second living area with a wall of windows, inspiring mountain views, a fireplace, television, and a nearby office area. A hallway leads to the primary bedroom outfitted with a King bed and private balcony. Enjoy a spa-like experience in the elegant ensuite bathroom with tile throughout, glass shower, jetted tub, closet, and separate vanities. On this main level, there is another King bedroom suite with an ensuite bath. 

Circle back towards the kitchen and head outside to a tranquil patio area with ample seating for al fresco meals or relaxing in sofa chairs, all overlooking the beautiful naturescape of aspen trees, and the home’s own water feature running through the garden.

Head on upstairs to find another King bedroom suite with peaceful wallpaper, a desk, and an ensuite bathroom. On this same level, across from the king suite, you will find separate guest quarters, perfect for a nanny and kids or another family. The separate quarters include a living space and kitchen, two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a balcony. The rooms are another King bedroom and a bedroom with two Twin beds that share a bathroom and balcony.

On the lower level of the home is a Queen bedroom and bathroom alongside a cozy family room with a television, L-shaped comfortable couches, and glass doors that lead to the patio area and garden. Step outside to a large outdoor sectional couch with a firepit and heaters, oversized barbecue grill, and entertainment space. Fortuna Lodge is located 9.3 miles from the skier parking lot at Arrowhead and 13 miles from the parking garage in the Beaver Creek Village.
