Sunny and cozy, the living room features bright, comfortable sofas and side chairs, centered on a large wood-burning fireplace. A charming table perfect for a card game or meal overflow sits off to the side. Large sliding glass doors lead to the home’s rear deck, offering seating, a retractable awning and stunning views of the Snake River and the Summit County Recreation Path. Back inside, a generous sized kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a Sub Zero wine chiller and plenty of counter space, including a breakfast bar with four stools. Set next to a wall of windows, the adjacent dining area features a long table for eight guests, plus a cozy window seat. After hitting the slopes, or adventuring around town, the family room will be the favorite spot to congregate and have some fun. On one side, you’ll find plush leather seating, a library of books and a large flat screen television with DVD player, plus a home office with a desk, printer and fax machine. In the center of the space, there’s a foosball and pool table, with the other side boasting a wet bar with glass ware, a sink and a refrigerator. From this massive fun zone, guests can head out sliding doors to another deck, offering fresh mountain air and a lovely view. A cedar steam sauna on the lower level adds to the relaxation factor of this wonderful home.

There are five well-appointed guest bedrooms offering privacy and comfort throughout your stay at Fox’s Run. The master bedroom features a large bed, a flat screen television and a seating area with a private gas fireplace. Pamper yourself in the spacious master bathroom, boasting a dual sink vanity and a large steam shower. Upstairs from the living area, bedroom two boasts a plush bed, tons of windows and a private bathroom with a jetted tub, dual sink vanity and a stand-up shower. On the lower level of the home, guest room three offers cozy bedding and a private bathroom, while bedrooms four and five share a bathroom featuring a dual sink vanity and stand-up shower. All three of the lower level rooms have access to the lower level patio.

A mud room with bench seating sits just off the garage entry, featuring plenty of storage for your party’s gear. There’s room for one car in the garage, and up to five spaces in the driveway.
