With four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms in the main house and 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms in the Carriage House, these combined vacation homes are designed to comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests.

Located on the main level, the focal point of the living room is its built-in wall unit housing a gas fireplace along with a flat screen television. Down a small hallway sits the kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast counter with seating for two guests. A dining room nook is located just off the kitchen featuring a modern wooden table which can accommodate up to eight people for a meal or to simply gather around for a rousing board game session.

Just upstairs from the main level there is a master bedroom furnished with a King bed, flat screen television, and a private bathroom complete with a steam shower. Also offering a private bathroom and flat screen television, the second master bedroom with a King bed is also on the upper level of the home. The additional two guest rooms are located on the lower level, one offers a King bed while the other has a bunk bed that has a Twin on top and Full on the bottom, each contain flat screen televisions and share a full bathroom. For additional accommodations, the main house is also equipped with a twin aero bed. French Street Estate has a small front porch with outside seating, as well as a side yard complete with a private hot tub and a gas barbecue grill. 

Larger groups can add the Carriage House to your rental for a total of 6 bedrooms. This detached residence is a fully equipped apartment with a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms furnished with Queen beds, and two bathrooms. Ideal for a small family or couples who will appreciate a bit of space and privacy from the larger group.
