An inviting sitting area sits in front of a gas fireplace and flatscreen television with the gourmet kitchen and dining area located right off of the living space. Sleek lines and high-end appliances fill the kitchen which includes a breakfast bar with seating for 4 guests and adjacent dining area accommodating 5 more at the circular table with built-in booths.

Head down to the lower level den for movie night in the comfortable sitting area with a large flatscreen or step out onto the back patio to relax around the fire table. Prepare for the day's adventures in the ski prep area in the garage featuring boot dryers and plenty of space to store gear.

Five bedrooms, each featuring an en-suite bathroom, are spread over the three levels of the residence to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. Located on the upper level, the primary suite is outfitted with a King bed, gas fireplace, private balcony, and luxurious bathroom with a dual-sink vanity, steam shower, and soaking tub. Another bedroom offering a King bed and private bathroom is also located on the upper level. Furnished with a Queen Murphy bed, the third upper level bedroom doubles as an office space. Two bedrooms are located of the den on the lower level, one is equipped with a King bed while the other has two sets of Twin bunk beds.

During the winter months, you can walk across the street to Frostwood Gondola for a day out on the slopes or tee off at the exclusive Canyons Golf Course in the summer. Spend a day relaxing in the community pool and hot tub, or head into the village for apres ski action before taking a free bus ride to downtown Park City. Free on-call shuttle service throughout Canyons Village is provided through the Canyons Connect App.
