Seating for 10 guests is provided at the adjacent dining table with stools accommodating 4 guests at the breakfast bar. High-end stainless steel appliances and polished-stone countertops adorn the contemporary kitchen which overlooks the living room and dining area.

Located on the upper level is a cozy den with a sofa set in front of a wall-mounted television and access to the back patio appointed with outdoor furnishings, a fire pit and private hot tub. Head down to the lower level family room featuring a large sofa in front of a large screen television, convenience bar with microwave and mini-fridge, and pool table. 

Three bedrooms furnished with King beds are located on the upper level, two have a private bathroom with a dual-sink vanity and walk-in shower while the third has a single vanity and shower/tub combination in its private bathroom. Ideally appointed for the kids or singles in the group, the main level bunk room is outfitted with two sets of Twin over Double bunk beds plus a Twin bed and accesses a full bathroom shared with the living space.
