At over 3,500 square feet, this five bedroom plus den residence provides ample space for groups of up to fifteen Breckenridge visitors. And the peaceful location of Gold Flake Chalet is just a few blocks from downtown Breckenridge and a short drive from the Breckenridge Ski Resort.

Featuring vaulted ceilings and quality furnishing centered on a gas fireplace, the large living room in Gold Flake Chalet is perfectly designed for the entertaining. A fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar with seating for four and is open to the dining area which seats ten. Access to a gas grill and private hot tub on the deck is just off of the dining area. Rounding off the main level accommodations is a guest bedroom equipped with a King bed.

On the lower of the Gold Flake Chalet is a family room which offers a comfortable sitting area with a Queen Sleeper Sofa and television with DVD and VCR. Two bedrooms are located on the lower level. One offers a Queen bed and private bathroom while the other is furnished with a Captain's Bunk that has a Twin on top and Double on the bottom plus a Twin Trundle bed.

The third floor features a loft area and two additional bedrooms that share a bathroom which offers a jetted tub. One of the upper level bedrooms is furnished with a King bed while the other has a Queen bed and a unique loft area for the kids.
