Comfortable furnishings are centered on a gas fireplace and flatscreen television in the living room which includes access to a large deck overlooking the mountains. Just off of the living room is a dining area and adjacent gourmet kitchen equipped with upscale appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar, as well as access to another deck that has outdoor furnishings and a barbecue grill.

Hours of entertainment are certain to be enjoyed on the lower level of the residence. Boasting a pool table, wet bar, gas fireplace and leather furnishings, the family room is the centerpiece of the lower level. Off the family room is a theater room with a large projection screen, leather sofas in a stadium set-up, and some goodies for the kids. Off of the living room, the main level "bonus" bedroom is outfitted with a Queen bed, gas fireplace, and accesses the half bathroom in the entryway. Three guest bedrooms on the lower level share a full bathroom with the family room. Two of the lower level bedrooms are equipped with Queen beds while the third has a Queen bed and a Twin Bunk bed.
