Perched on the top level of Gold Flake Views, the main living room features floor to ceiling windows exposing the Colorado sunshine and awe inspiring mountain scenery. Comfortable furnishings focus on a roaring gas fireplace and a large flat screen television, while sliding glass doors lead to a sunny west facing deck. Up a few steps from the living room, the spacious gourmet kitchen provides everything needed to cook and entertain while the dining room table adjacent to the kitchen provides seating for up to twelve people and highlights the breathtaking views from the surrounding windows. Additional dining seating is offered by a breakfast bar for two and a breakfast nook that seats six. One level down from the living room is a cozy den with a comfortably7 furnished sitting area surrounded by large windows and doors that lead to another large deck featuring a private hot tub. Gold Flake Views' lowest level holds a large family room providing a space for guests to spread out and enjoy some vacation relaxation time together. Seven spacious bedrooms are spread throughout the four levels of this magnificent home allowing for an added level of privacy. The second level boasts the master suite complete with a gas fireplace, comfortable bedding, and a private bathroom. Guests can enjoy dazzling views from either the oversized windows or private deck located through glass doors in the master. An additional bedroom sits on the second level offering quality furnishings, deck acces,s and a hallway bathroom. Two guest rooms are located on Gold Flake View’s third level; one features a hallway bathroom while the other boasts a private bathroom along with a small kitchenette complete with a stove, refrigerator, and a microwave. Down on the fourth level there are three bedrooms; two that share a hallway bathroom and one that utilizes another hallway bathroom. A fourth level sun room has the ability to sleep an additional two guests in a sofa sleeper.
