Gold Hill Chateau's lower level is home to the family room with a sitting area centered on a flat screen television, ping-pong table and kitchenette. A second living area on the lower level includes a large sofa, gas fireplace and flatscreen television. Step out onto the back patio to relax in the private hot tub. 

Furnished with a King bed, the primary suite is on the main level and includes a large private bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Two guest bedrooms appointed with Queen beds are on the lower level, one has an attached bathroom while the other utilizes a bathroom shared with the family room.

The remaining three bedrooms are on the upper level of the residence. One of the upper level bedrooms is equipped with a Queen bedroom and has an attached bathroom. Two bedrooms share a bathroom, one is furnished with a King bed while the other offers a Queen bed.
