An expansive Great Room provides the perfect place for the entire group to entertain. A comfortably furnished living room is centered on a magnificent stone fireplace and framed by oversized windows that bring the beauty of the mountains right inside. Log-beam finishes and railings are highlighted throughout the Great Room which includes a dining area for ten and an open kitchen with large breakfast bar that accommodates six. Custom hard-wood flooring flows throughout the living space as well as the kitchen which offers tile countertops and upscale appliances including dual ovens and dishwashers.

A full wet bar with refrigerator and microwave makes relaxing in the lower level family room with its large screen television and second fireplace convenient and enjoyable. Guests will enjoy spectacular views of the surrounding mountains from the large from the multiple decks. Designed for handicapped accessibility, the home includes large walk-ways and an elevator.

Goldenrod Residence offers five spacious bedrooms with a variety of bedding to accommodate up to 15 guests. The spacious master suite is furnished with a King bed and has a stone fireplace adjacent to a comfortable window seat and includes a private bathroom with large soaking tub and stall shower as well as deck access to the hot tub. A second master bedroom on the top floor also offers a King bed and a private bathroom. Two of the guest rooms are furnished with Queen beds while the fifth bedroom is equipped with a Twin over Queen bunk bed.
