Quality furnishings are centered on a gas fireplace and flatscreen television in the cozy living room with the adjacent dining area providing seating for 8 guests. Overlooking the living room is a gourmet kitchen featuring upscale appliances and a breakfast bar with seating for 3 guests. Step out onto the deck to enjoy the breathtaking views of the mountains while eating a meal on the outdoor furnishings during the warmer evenings. Head down to the lower level family room equipped with a wet bar and comfortably furnished sitting area to watch a game or for movie night.

Four bedrooms offering a variety of bedding options to accommodate up to 12 guests are spread over the four levels. Furnished with a King bed, the upper level master suite features an office space at the entry, with the sleeping area up a few steps and outfitted with a double-sided fireplace, vaulted ceilings, a cozy sitting area, and a private bathroom boasting a large soaking tub and oversized steam shower. Down a half level from the home's entry is a Queen bedroom equipped with a private bathroom that has a walk-in shower. One more half level down is a convenient bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Off of the family room on the lower level are two bedrooms, each with their own private bathrooms that have walk-in showers. Offering a King bed, one of the lower level bedrooms has a steam shower in the bathroom. The other bedroom on this level has a Captain's Bunk with a Queen on the bottom and Twin on the top. Parking is provided by a covered space plus a street parking pass.
