Style, comfort, and convenience are the highlights of this luxury vacation home with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms spread over multiple levels to comfortably accommodate up to 15 guests. Your Breckenridge vacation will be filled with fun and excitement as all of the outdoor adventures are steps away from the Gondola House.

Spread over three levels with over 3,000 square feet of living space the Gondola House was designed for entertaining. Perched on the top floor, the main level features an open great room with a gourmet kitchen boasting upscale appliances and custom cabinetry plus a breakfast bar with seating for three, an adjacent dining area that seats six, and a cozy living room with a fireplace and flat screen television. Panoramic views of the ski slopes and the BreckConnect Gondola are enjoyed from the upper level deck that sits off of the living room. A second living area is located on the first level featuring high-end furnishing, a gas fireplace, flat screen television, and a wet bar. Step outside to find the private hot tub overlooking the Blue River that flows right past the property, your evenings will be spent enjoying the breathtaking sunsets as you relax riverside in the comforting hot tub.

Five bedrooms are well distributed throughout the multiple floors of the Gondola House, providing an added level of privacy for your group and sleeping for up to 15 guests when utilizing the Queen sofa sleepers in the living and family rooms. Two of the bedrooms located on the second level of the home are master suites, one with a King bed and one with a Queen bed, that feature private bathrooms. The third second level bedroom is equipped with a Captain's Bunk that has a Twin on top and Full on the bottom, this room utilizes the hall bathroom that sits right outside its door. The remaining bedrooms are located on the lower level off of the family room, both offer Queen beds, one has a private bathroom while the other has an attached bathroom that is also accessible from the family room.
