Featuring multiple sofas and chairs centered on a stone fireplace and television, the living room provides a comfortable space for guests to relax after a day of fun in Vail. Set off of the living room is a dining area accommodating 6 guests with 4 more stools at the adjacent breakfast bar. Fully equipped with all of the essentials for preparing tasty meals throughout your stay, the kitchen is open to the living room and dining area.

As the name denotes, the large deck appointed with outdoor furnishings, a barbecue grill and private hot tub is nestled along the Gore Creek creating a tranquil setting for relaxation and entertaining after a day of mountain adventures.

Four bedrooms are distributed over the multiple levels of the residence. Furnished with a King bed, the primary bedroom is located on the upper level and offers a private bathroom. Two guest bedrooms share a bathroom on the upper level, one is outfitted with a Queen bed while the other offers a Twin bed plus a Twin over Twin bunk. Located off of the living area on the main level, the guest bedroom is appointed with a King bed and shares a bathroom with the living space.
