Head through a sliding glass door to access the large deck which boasts a gas grill, seating and a private hot tub, all enjoyed with breathtaking views of Baldy Mountain and Blue River Lake.

Back inside, the gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with all your culinary essentials, including a cozy island breakfast bar with 4 stools. Up to eight guests can comfortably fit around the dining table, which neighbors the kitchen, with a wet bar conveniently off to the side.

An added place to hang out and entertain is the lower level apartment area. Cozy and inviting, this space features a sitting area with a sofa and television. To prep for your next day’s adventures, Grande View on the Blue also offers a relaxing steam room, the ideal spot to unwind and refresh your body and mind after exploring the outdoors.

Located on the main level, the primary bedroom offers a King bed, deck access and a luxurious private bathroom featuring a jetted tub, walk-in shower and dual sinks. Two bedrooms, each appointed with a Queen bed, are perched on the upper level and share a lovely Jack and Jill bathroom. The lower level studio apartment includes a full kitchen, a private patio and a full bathroom plus a King bed and Queen Sleeper Sofa. A "bonus" room is also on the lower level and includes a Twin bunk. For added lodging, a charming loft area which overlooks the great room boasts a sleeper sofa, a large television and a bar area.
