Awe-inspiring views and high-end finishes await guests at the Graystone Lodge, a 7,000 square foot private rental home overlooking the Rollingstone Ranch Golf Course in Steamboat Springs. With just a short private on-call shuttle ride to the slopes or downtown, this luxury five bedroom home with seven bathrooms can accommodate up to fourteen guests and is stocked with anything and everything needed for a relaxing and fun-filled vacation.

Graystone Lodge’s living room is massive and features vaulted ceilings, gorgeous wide planked wooden floors, and a floor-to-ceiling rock fireplace. A 50” flat screen television equipped with AppleTV and surround sound sits right above the fireplace while walls of large sliding glass doors exposing spectacular mountain views frame the Great Room and open out to a west-facing deck with incredible vistas of the Yampa Valley. Just behind the living room sits a chef's dream of a professional kitchen, featuring dark wood custom cabinetry and top of the line stainless steel appliances. Guests can grab a snack and hang out at the breakfast bar which can seat five people or choose to gather around the large dining room table which can accommodate up to ten guests.

All five guest rooms at Graystone Lodge boast their own private bathrooms and flat screen televsions. The master suite is located on the main floor and includes a 50” flat screen television and lovely views. Four additional guest rooms sit on the lower level, each are tastefully and comfortably decorated with one designed with kids in mind that includes a television, Blu-Ray player and an X-Box gaming system.

Graystone Lodge’s lower level is packed with entertainment and activities for the whole group. Guests will appreciate the media and games room that includes a pool table, 55” television with surround sound, Blu-Ray player, DVD player, and an X-Box gaming system. There is also a wet bar with a microwave. For those looking for additional exercise, the fitness room offers cardio equipment along with a 50” television. Just off the recreation room, a dry sauna and private outdoor hot tub await to ease the soreness of a day on the slopes.

There is a large two-car garage on the property complete with ski racks and boot dryers or guests can choose to leave the car parked and utilize the complimentary private on-call ski shuttle to transport the party the short distance to the slopes.
