Great Raven Chalet sits a few blocks east of downtown Breckenridge, offering a short walk to Main Street, a one block walk to the complimentary skier shuttle and a quick half of a mile drive to the gondola parking lot. This sprawling private vacation home features 10 bedrooms with seven and a half bathrooms, and is nicely outfitted to accommodate up to 23 guests.  If desired, this luxurious retreat can also be rented as two separate townhomes boasting either four or six bedrooms. Experience the beauty of the Breckenridge area, surrounded by elegant furnishings and a wide variety of amenities designed to please travelers of all ages and vacation preferences.

Each of the two chalets feature a generous living room boasting plush seating, a large flat screen television and a cozy gas wood stove. Layouts are open, with neighboring fully equipped kitchens offering all of your culinary essentials, including high-end appliances, gorgeous countertops and a quaint breakfast bar. Both offer adjacent dining areas, with tables large enough to seat up to eight guests each, along with access to two separate decks, featuring seating, gas grills and majestic views of the slopes and town. You’ll love the option of two private hot tubs, which are the perfect spot to relax after a day of mountain fun. There is a time restriction of no later than 10pm on the use of the hot tubs, as this home is located in a residential area, with a quiet time ordinance. Great Raven Chalet also features several additional living spaces, including a cozy den, a family room and a wonderful recreation room set in a separate barn. This generous, fun space boasts a pool table, a ping pong table, a foosball table and a bar. There are also several high-top pub tables perfect for hanging out and chatting about the day’s events.

10 well-appointed and comfortable bedrooms are spread across both the Upper Raven’s Chalet and Lower Raven’s Bungalow. In the upper portion of this mammoth vacation home, there are three guest rooms on the upper level, including a large master with a luxurious private bathroom. Bedrooms two and three each boast a cozy bed, and share a full hallway bathroom. The fourth bedroom is on the main level with its own charming bathroom, while guest rooms five and six share a hallway bathroom on the lower level. In Raven’s Bungalow the lower portion of this large retreat, a second master, room seven sits on the main level and offers a private elegant bathroom. Guest rooms eight and nine are also on this level, and share a quaint hallway bathroom. Designed with the youngest vacationers in mind, bedroom ten features a variety of bedding, a sitting area with a flat screen television, and a private bathroom.

Access to each chalet is located on the exterior or through a pass-through door that is locked when Raven’s Chalet and Raven’s Bungalow are rented separately. Each side boasts its own garage and parking either on High Street or in the alley above.
