Soaring ceilings and a two-story wall of windows create a spacious and open atmosphere in the sprawling living room of this 4 bedroom duplex vacation home with 5 bathrooms, creating an inviting space for the entire group to relax on the comfortable furnishings set in front of a river-rock framed fireplace. Step up to the dining area with seating for 7 that overlooks the living room and flows into the adjacent gourmet kitchen. Quality appliances including an island gas range appoint the kitchen which also includes a small table seating 2 guests. Retire to the cozy family room outfitted with several sitting areas and gathering spaces.

After a day of mountain adventure relax in the private hot tub nestled right along the ski trail. Enjoy the breathtaking mountain views as you watch the skiers pass right by the deck spanning the entire residence. Start the day by gearing up in the ski room, equipped with plenty of storage and a convenient bench, before stepping out onto the ski trail.

Overlooking the ski slopes, the primary suite is appointed with a King bed set under vaulted ceilings and includes a large bathroom offering a jetted tub and walk-in shower. One of the lower level guest bedrooms is outfitted with a King bed, sitting area, access to the back patio with hot tub, and private bathroom with a jetted tub. Both of the remaining guest bedrooms include private bathrooms, one is appointed with a Queen bed while the other offers two Twin beds.
