A departure from the traditional Colorado mountain retreat, the Hacienda House is alive with cultural accents, rich, colorful decor, custom wood furniture and unique artistic touches throughout. The home spans over 5,000 square feet, including eight bedrooms, two kitchens, numerous patios and decks and a game room with Foosball table and wet bar. Hacienda House is located just a short stroll to Trygve's ski run on Peak 8, and affords beautiful mountain views from the living area. The expansive backyard includes a large deck with twelve person hot tub, sand volleyball pit, horseshoe pit & outdoor firepit.

Each bedroom is custom designed and offers a private three quarter bath with custom Spanish sink and tilework and TV/VCR. Most include access to a private patio or deck. On the first level there is a casual den with backyard access, computer desk with desktop computer and high-speed Internet and a quaint, secondary kitchen. The second kitchen area includes a breakfast nook and Murphy bed for additional bedding. Adjacent to the second kitchen is a laundry room with full-size washer/dryer.

On floor two, guests will find a unique dining area with custom dining table which can be arranged as one large seating area for family dinners, or separated into four smaller tables for more personal meals. Throughout the home, exposed log accents and finished arches add a unique designer feel. The dining area opens into a main kitchen, including breakfast bar with seating, top-of-the-line appliances and deck access.

The living area affords upgraded leather couches and fine custom furniture, accented by picture windows with gorgeous mountain views. Guests enjoy a cozy gas fireplace, opening from the main living area through to the dining room and kitchen. A second deck is accessible from the living area and includes a gas BBQ grill, perfect for dinner on a sunny mountain day. Move upward from this deck to a rooftop perch for a bird's-eye-view of the Summit County valley.

The Master Suite affords a unique Spanish-style, formed adobe, gas fireplace and full bath with custom tile. The suite is sunny and open with great mountain and forest views.

Bedding can accommodate up to twenty six persons, with a king in the master, two twins in the guest room, two sets of bunk beds in the third bedroom, a queen in the fourth room, a kind in room five, a queen in rooms six, seven and eight. Sleeper sofas are available in the den, game room and living area, as well as the Murphy bed in the second kitchen nook.
