This space flows to the dining area accommodating up to 12 guests, adjacent sitting room and the kitchen. Fully equipped with all of the essential appliances for preparing tasty meals throughout your vacation, the kitchen includes an island with seating for 3 guests and breakfast nook seating 8 guests. Step out onto the back patio from the kitchen to grill up a meal on the barbecue.

Entertaining is the theme of second half of the main level featuring two separate sitting areas with televisions, one includes another fireplace,  and a pool table set between the rooms. Prepare for your day of mountain adventure in the expansive gear room equipped with bench seating, a sofa, ski racks and boot dryers. End your day by skiing down the mountain, walking about 3 minutes and hopping into the private hot tub for some needed muscle rejuvenation. Head over to the adjacent Grand Hyatt Vail to enjoy the vast array of vacation amenities including an outdoor swimming pool, hot tubs, fitness center, spa, restaurants and bars, and an inviting lounge for apres ski fun.

Appointed with a King bed, sofa, fireplace and private bathroom with a dual-sink vanity and combination shower/tub, the primary bedroom is located at the end of the extended hallway off of the kitchen. Located on the interior upper level of the main residence are five bedrooms, three include private bathrooms while two share a hallway bathroom. Bedding in these rooms include a King, Queen, Two Twins, and one with a Queen sharing a bathroom with a bedroom furnished with Two Twin beds.

Ideal for those appreciating a little added privacy, an upper level apartment is accessed through two sets of staircases found down the hallway from the kitchen, this space includes a living room, convenience kitchenette, a bedroom with two Twin beds, another bedroom with a Queen bed, and a full bathroom. Accessed through a covered exterior entryway is a guest bedroom equipped with two Twin beds, a private balcony and a private bathroom.
