Full Description

Inviting the entire group to relax and entertain, the main level living room of this 4 bedroom townhome with 3.5 bathrooms features vaulted ceilings and a large window wall that allows light and views of Lake Dillon to pour into the living space. Comfortable furnishings are centered on a fireplace and television in the living room with an adjacent dining table seating 6 and access to the back patio with a barbecue grill through glass doors. Boasting stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, the fully equipped kitchen overlooks the living room and includes breakfast bar seating for 2 guests.

Located on the lower level, the family room is appointed with a sofa and chair set in front of a gas stove and television. Step out back to relax in the private hot tub with views of Lake Dillon in the background.

Occupying the upper level, the primary bedroom offers a King bed and private bathroom featuring a dual-sink vanity, walk-in shower and large soaking tub. Two guest bedrooms on the second level share a full bathroom, one is outfitted with two Twin beds while the other has a Queen bed. Off of the family room on the lowest level is a guest bedroom furnished with a Twin over Full bunk bed that shares a bathroom with the family room.
