In the adjacent dining area, a classic table that seats up to 10 guests sits in its own nook, flanked by large sunny windows with a wooded view.  On this same main level, a mammoth outdoor deck boasts several seating areas and a private relaxing hot tub - the ideal spot to unwind after an exciting day on the slopes of Breckenridge or whatever your vacation brings. Downstairs on the lower level, a cozy family room provides another spot to relax and catch up on your day, or to enjoy some quiet time with a good book. A stackable washer and dryer located in the laundry/mud room allows for packing lighter, and also features plenty of space for gear storage.

Happach’s Heavenly Hideaway offers four comfortably decorated bedrooms, providing your guests with a good night’s sleep. Located on the main floor, the master bedroom is sunny and bright, with a private fireplace, a separate office space and a private bathroom featuring a jetted tub, a walk-in shower and a dual sink vanity. The remaining three guest rooms all sit on the lower level, boasting comfortable decor and plenty of natural light.
